Any information regarding your excursions as well as assistance with the organization of excursions you will easily get from us. In Split there is a famous summer theater and if you are a fan of the opera we can help you with booking the tickets. The excursion to Dubrovnik is certainly very exciting and many people are visiting Dubrovnik during their stay. You need to know that you are coming to the country where you can get cheap food (meat, vegetables and fruits), whcih is completely natural and without pesticides. If you want a fish, we can provide you with a fish that was less than 1 hour still alive in the sea. Fish whcih are provided to our guests are allways from local fishermans. In the center of the town (about 300 m from our villa), there are a two tasteful restaurants where the food is top notch. You can have a lunch or a dinner and enjoy the food in these restaurants.
If you want a lunch or a dinner, you can be served in our villa when and how you like. You will surely enjoy that good food. Do you like top world wine? If you like, we can especially order "Postup" or "Pošip" from the world famous Pelješac peninsula. The order must be made at least seven days in advance. With us you can buy a very good red and white wine from Peljesac, which I drink too. And know that Croatia is rich with water that is best in Europe, so do not buy water at the store. At 50 m from the villa there is a beach place where you will have at least two reserved places. If you are nudist or you love lonely beaches and being alone in your intimate area, we can take you to special beaches and coves.
Very close to us is the elite marina Frapa. The best world marina, with our help, will provide for you unforgettable sailing as well as other pleasures.
If you are a biker here you have special cycling trails, also if you enjoy scuba diving here you will find beautiful diving sites led by instructors of the local diving club.
At the harbor, is taxi-boat with connection to Rogoznica. In that way you dont need to drive to Rogoznica, so you will avoid traffic jams. Company which operates those taxi boaths, also organizes excursions to the nearby islands. There is still a lot of things you can experience here and it's hard to list everything ..."

"Welcome my dear friends during a summer and during a winter. I would like to offer you my own villa. I want to make your stay nice in it, so that you will come back. After you spend some time, it will make you feel like it is your second home. In addition to the luxurious 4 + 2 bed apartment, which is the first floor of the house, there is also 250 m2 outside, which is place only for you. There is large jacuzzi, parking place, an enclosure space where you can spend most of the day. Outdoor space provides you with complete comfort for outdoor living. Also, there are a two anchorage places for your boats with limits up to 6 m lenght per a boath. You will understand that you came to an ideal destination for one-day excursions, p.e. to several national parks (Plitvice Lakes, Krka Falls), Trogir, Split, Šibenik, Zadar, Primošten and Dubrovnik, rafting on river Cetina and a lots of other possibilities for the rest and for the fun.

MISSION AND GOALS
Who am I? I am professor at the University and I will retire soon. Renting my villa to nice people like you is becoming my main business. I traveled a lot during my working time, as professor and as entrepreneur. At the moment, I would like to use my gathered experiences to make your vacation really cozy and joyful. I’m a person who you will call if you need to book a tickets for theater in Split or if you need to order some special vine, I will do my best to meet your all desires. Your privacy and my willingness to make your stay perfect will get along really nice.
What do I want to be? I want to be a good host and friend of all who come to me with the desire for vacation and enjoyment for the beauty of Croatia. You will easily find friend in me, as the same as I will find in you.
How to do that? To please my guests I want to know what they want and what they need, as well as their habits and wishes. Therefore, I will invite all the guests to complete the questionnaire to provide me information about their likes and dislikes.
My main goal is to for fill your needs for a vacation and for a day to day living. Feel free to use my house for a work and I would be happy if you would call it your new Croatian home.
